2025 Sector CSR Booklet: A Lasting Commitment Alongside Our Dairy Farmers

For more than 10 years, the Laiterie de Saint-Denis-de-l’Hôtel has been building, step by step, a committed, rigorous and responsible dairy sector. Alongside more than 560 dairy farmers, we are shaping a sector that combines expertise, respect for living beings and innovation, to meet the growing expectations of society and consumers.

Our 2025 Sector CSR Booklet, which we are pleased to share today, reviews the actions carried out this year to strengthen our social, environmental and economic approach across the entire dairy value chain.

On the occasion of World Environment Day, LSDH Group publishes its 2025 CSR Report.

This document illustrates a CSR approach built on the Group’s historic values: Passion, Ambition and Humanity. It reflects a commitment structured around five key pillars: Governance, Connection, Sustainable Food, Environment and Performance.

This report highlights the continuation of these commitments through concrete actions, including:

• Developing a decarbonization roadmap, structured through the collective “Décarbon’Alim” initiative.
• Active support for plant-based sectors and the promotion of local production through tripartite contracts.
• Developing a more balanced diet, with 70% of recipes reformulated to reduce sugar content.
• Continued investment in workplace safety, marked by the “CAP 0 Accident” initiative and the training of 230 managers.
• A CSR culture embodied daily by the Colibri network, which brings together ambassadors at every company site.

All these actions aim to offer healthier, more responsible food, with consideration for those who produce and those who consume, while respecting the environment and available resources.
