Invente Ton Avenir
Training created by businesses, for businesses.
A Diploma, A Job, A Future
“Invente Ton Avenir” was launched by the JFA site and 9 companies in its local region to address a shared need for highly qualified staff in boilermaking and automated production line operation.
Indeed, this kind of talent is increasingly difficult to find, and existing training programs are poorly suited to the needs of both companies and candidates!
10 Companies Committed
Bieber Industrie, Bieber Bois, Cerenn, Flabeg, Les Grands Chais de France, LSDH’s JFA site, SMI, Schneider Electric, Wilhelm Constructions Métalliques and Ziemex: each of these companies is committed to taking on work-study apprentices and providing them with qualifying training backed by strong industrial experience.
This industrial culture will also be developed over the two years through short placements in other companies, in addition to the host company!
As soon as they earn their diploma, candidates will be offered a permanent contract (CDI) with their host company.
The Commitment of the JFA Site
The LSDH group plays a special role in this venture, having made its communications department available to help promote the project.
The goal is to make Sarre-Union a nationally recognized training center for automated production line operators.
