Thanks to the commitment of its employees, LSDH supports humanitarian associations
DESSINONS DES SOURIRES
The association Dessinons des Sourires (“Let’s Draw Smiles”) was founded in 2012 on the initiative of employees at the Laiterie de Saint-Denis-de-l’Hôtel and Varennes-sur-Fouzon sites. Its purpose is to support various humanitarian causes for people who are sick, in need or isolated… through sporting or food-related activities (one offsetting the other!).
Thanks to the employees’ commitment, the association has already helped fund books and toys for the oncology department at Orléans hospital, raised money to help fit out the Alzheimer’s unit in Chabris (36), and helped young Axel gain greater independence (Association « dans les pas d’Axel »).

Franck, un rayon de soleil
Employees roll up their sleeves for a good cause.
At our Alsace site, every year before the Christmas markets begin, a team of employee volunteers spends a day preparing the region’s traditional biscuits: the “bredle”!
The proceeds from selling them at the Christmas markets go to the association Franck, un rayon de soleil (“Franck, a ray of sunshine”), whose goal is to support children with cancer and their families, as well as fund cancer research, particularly into cerebral gliomatosis.
