LSDH expands its product offering with the acquisition of Biscuiterie de Chambord

On 27 February 2026, LSDH Group officially completed the acquisition of Biscuiterie de Chambord, born in 1978 around the recipe for the Palet Solognot. The deal is part of the group's long-standing diversification strategy and its commitment to celebrating the culinary heritage of its territories.

Based in the Centre-Val de Loire region, with a workshop opened in Maslives in 2023, Biscuiterie de Chambord will continue to run autonomously, led by its 50 employees.
