Example: LSDH’s investment in the “petit-déjeuner à la française” (French breakfast) collective.
Environment
Continuously reducing our environmental footprint through an ambitious action program to protect our planet and the future of generations to come.
Example: The company’s first annual focus theme is Water. A dedicated project team analyzes our consumption and develops an action plan to reduce it.
The company has implemented the world’s first dry disinfection line, saving 40,000 m³ per year.
The JFA site is ISO 14001 certified.
Connection
Protecting our people and the company, rethinking relationships among ourselves and with stakeholders to give greater meaning to our actions and turn it into a driver of differentiation.
Example: Several associations have been created by LSDH employees.
Performance
Evaluating our results, identifying areas for improvement, and revisiting our processes with a constant focus on Optimization and Innovation.
Example: Tripartite agreements between LSDH, dairy farmers and major retailers, for greater transparency, better compensation for farmers, and a stable, long-term relationship.

Ensuring governance that allows us to prioritize our projects and integrate CSR into every one of our actions, turning it into a driver of differentiation.
Example: To support an integrated, shared CSR strategy, LSDH has established a network called the “Colibri network” (“Hummingbird network”), made up of CSR representatives at each site and professionals from various fields who can contribute their expertise.
